What TradingBay Is
TradingBay is an independent information and comparison website. We publish details about proprietary trading firms, platforms, courses and communities so traders can compare them in one place. We are a publisher. We are not a prop firm, a broker, an introducer, an agent, or a financial services provider of any kind.
Your Purchase Is With the Firm, Not With Us
If you buy an evaluation, challenge, subscription, course or any other product after leaving TradingBay, that contract is entirely between you and that company. We take no payment from you, hold no funds, issue no accounts and process no orders. Their terms, rules and pricing apply, not ours. Some outbound links on this site earn us a commission from the merchant at no extra cost to you.
We Are Not Responsible for Your Account or Its Outcome
We are not responsible for anything that happens on an account you buy from a third party. That includes, without limitation: breaching a drawdown limit, consistency rule, news-trading rule or any other condition; failing an evaluation; having an account suspended, closed or reset; a payout being delayed, reduced or refused; a firm changing its rules, pricing or programmes; or a firm ceasing to trade, becoming insolvent or disappearing.
Refunds
We cannot issue refunds because we never took your money. All refund, chargeback and dispute requests must go to the company you purchased from, under their refund policy. Contacting us will not recover funds and we cannot intervene in a dispute between you and a firm.
Accuracy of Information
Prop firm terms change frequently and often without notice. We work to keep listings, pricing, rules and discount codes current, but we cannot guarantee that any detail on this site is accurate, complete or up to date at the moment you read it. Always confirm the terms on the firm's own website before you pay. Discount codes are published by the firms and may be changed, restricted or withdrawn by them at any time.
Ratings and Rankings Are Opinion
The TradingBay Rating is a score we calculate from published information using a consistent method. It is our opinion and an editorial judgement, not a statement of fact, not financial advice, and not a guarantee of any firm's conduct, solvency or future behaviour.

Nothing on TradingBay is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy any product or to trade any instrument. Trading carries a high risk of loss. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

Reviews, posts, messages and other content submitted by users are the views of the people who wrote them, not ours. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or otherwise inappropriate, but we do not endorse or verify user content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradingBay accepts no liability for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from your use of this website, from reliance on any information published here, or from any dealing you have with a company listed on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
